Expert Recruiters and Presenters Don’t Empower Their Business Associates

Making sure you have a continual flow of leads is critical for your ongoing success in building a marketing organization. Once a prospect becomes a business associate, I guarantee, their first question will be: Now what do I do? That’s a really good question.

Here’s what usually happens. Your new business associate will follow your example. How did you introduce your prospect into the business? What did you say? What tools did you use? Did you use Internet advertising, send them to a landing page, use an email lead blast, hand them a DVD, or send them to a website?

There are plenty of ways to present a business idea to a prospect. If your time is limited, watch the video and visit www.SevenOutofTen.com.  If you can r ead on, I think you will agree with me, as responsible network marketers, we need to empower our associates.

Here is the problem. If you are an expert “presenter” that’s great for you, but not great for a prospect. You might even be an expert closer, capable of fielding and overcoming any objection and convincing anyone to join your business. That is a problem too.

In the process of developing your network marketing organization, It is not about you. Long term success and duplication involves empowering the people joining your business. The techniques you use to convince your prospect to join might work for you, but not necessarily for them.

If we embellish a marketing idea with our expert perspectives and sponsor by convincing a prospect, we have defeated our ability to duplicate our efforts.  Prospects will believe they have to an expert presenter and be equally persuasive.

There is a time and a place for being a great trainer, communicator, and a great presenter but not during the invitation, presentation phase of building your business. You will have plenty of opportunity to train, motivate and inspire your group.

Your new business associate will think they have to do what you did to introduce them to your business. As leaders we should empower our new business associates with tools that do the presenting and sorting in order to increase their probability for success.

As stated in the preceding video, one of my success mentors, Jim Rohn made a brilliant observation.  Great hitters with .300 batting averages are at the top of the pay scale in Pro baseball. The fact is, a player that bats .300 is OUT, 70% of the time and still gets paid millions!

You don’t have to bat a 1000 but if you can find a business building system that could give you as much as a 30% conversion rate, you could make millions too. With that ratio,  it’s OK to get 7 No’s when you share with 10.

The million dollar question: “Now that I signed up… what do I do? There’s a system that empowers new people with no Internet experience to create a continual flow of qualified prospects. The system actually qualifies your prospects through a few simple steps.

In the Network marketing industry Evolutionist, Darwin’s “Survival of Fittest” theory is demonstrated all the time. Those prepared to weather the storms and overcome objections will survive. Empowering new business associates with the right tools help them overcome the land mines during the first couple of months and taste success rather than defeat.

After over 20 years in this industry, I know without a marketing system that’s easily duplicated, people perish!  When reviewing a business opportunity, your prospect is probably thinking;”Can I see myself doing
this and do I have to talk to friends and family?” In the competitive network marketing arena, if it seems difficult or if they fear rejection, they will say No.

If you are interested and would like to review this business system, please visit my marketing landing page at www.SevenOutofTen.com . Or call 1-888-281-4551 Ext: 1007 and the sorting process will begin. I might even see you on the other side, enjoy!
